Below you will find a link to the IT Zendesk portal, which includes user manuals and an instructional video for regular employees; the manuals included are for desktop users and mobile app users. Please keep in mind that user access remains the same as Novatime (for example, Novatime desktop users will remain UKG desktop users), unless we get a request from the department head to modify as appropriate. For desktop users, you will see an icon on your desktop called “UKG Ready”. Unlike Novatime, which had an icon for regular users and another for timekeepers/supervisors, UKG only has the one.

As a reminder, all employees need to start utilizing UKG on Tuesday, July 8th (the last day for Novatime is Monday, July 7th). We will do our best to have the transition be as smooth as possible, but please be aware that there may be challenges and difficulties in the beginning, so we kindly ask that everyone be patient during the first few weeks.
