2. Can I pay my parking tickets online?

Yes, you can ONLY pay your parking ticket at www.paycourtonline.com

3. What type of payments are accepted?

A. Cash - if paying in person
B. Money Order
C. Certified Bank Check
D. Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) in person
E. NO personal checks are accepted.

4. How can I ask for an adjournment?

Send a written request by mail 48 hours in advance or send a written request via fax to 631-728-2954

5. What should I do if my license is suspended?

Appearance is required to lift the suspension. Payment for suspension is $70.00 per ticket, cash in person and money order by mail.

6. How can I get a court date for my ticket?

Plead not guilty and mail back the ticket.

7. Are cell phones allowed in court?

No cell phones, cameras, or computers are allowed in court.

8. Can I file a SMALL CLAIMS on Line?

SMALL CLAIMS must be filed in person at the court.
