Recreational Cornhole
Come join us on Thursday evenings for our Indoor Recreational Cornhole League! It is a 7-week league with 9 games per night. Games played to 21 points. Each team is allowed 2 players with 1 alternate. Registration is per team. Please list individual names in the note section. One section remains open.

Aerobics, Stretch & Tone
Shape up for Summer--SHAPE UP FOR LIFE! Incorporates safe and easy aerobic moves with conditioning intervals to REV your heart rate and increase metabolism to BURN THOSE CALORIES! USE YOUR BODY'S own resistance. Ends with abdominals and stretch. Work at your own pace. All are welcome. Wear sneakers and comfortable clothing. Bring water and your mat.

Gutts, Butts & Tone
Make time to get fit! A great 30-minute session alternating sculpting exercises to burn calories, tone muscles, build strength and bone density with abdominal exercises for a strong core. All are welcome. Wear sneakers and comfortable clothing. Bring water and your mat. Two sections remain open.

Strength & Tone
This class will incorporate a variety of strength and conditioning exercises using your own body weight and hand weights. Designed to tighten and strengthen the core area and improve balance and flexibility. Participants need to bring their own mat and water. Sneakers are required.

Total Resistance Training (TRX)
An exercise program that will use a specialized suspended device called TRX (Total Resistance System) to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. This total body exercise program is easily adaptable for all fitness levels and safe for all adult ages. Participants need to bring water. Sneakers are required. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
