Join us at Shinnecock Canal Maritime Park for instruction on how to use all the exercise equipment on our new fitness path at 6 Newtown Road, Hampton Bays. This is a free course, but you must register for this 45-minute class either online or by calling the Parks & Recreation office at 631-728-8585. Be sure to wear appropriate sneakers and attire, as it is outdoors. Bring water if needed!
