Affordable First-Time Home Ownership Program In Westhampton, NY
Macx WH, LLC (Sponsor), in cooperation with the Town of Southampton (Town), is accepting Applications on a first-come first-served basis for one (1) new affordable one-bedroom condominium unit at The Enclave at Westhampton Condominium, located at 19 Montauk Highway, Westhampton, NY. The Long Island Housing Partnership (LIHP) has been retained to accept the applications and review eligibility for the program.
Application Accepted 9:00 am January 23, 2026 - 5:00 pm on February 23, 2026
To be considered for the program, applicants must:
- Complete and submit an Application, required documents and a $50.00 non-refundable application fee to LIHP by the deadline
- Have annual household income within the minimum and maximum limits shown below
- Meet all program guidelines.

Purchase price is $329,750 (as per Town requirements). This is based on HUD 2025 Income Limits and is subject to change as HUD income limits change and as per Town requirements. Applicants are reviewed on a first-come first-served basis. The affordable condominium is Unit 6, one bedroom/one bathroom and approximately 599sf.
Estimated Common Charges: $288.00/monthly Estimated Real Estate Taxes: $369.00/monthly

This does not constitute an offer to sell or guarantee a unit. Approval is subject to ranking, asset and income restrictions, and other program requirements as set forth in program guidelines and the sponsor offering plan.
