Background
On February 10, 2004 the Town Board of the Town of Southampton adopted Resolution No. 217 and Local Law No. 5 of 2004, amending §330-248 of the zoning law of the Town of Southampton by changing the zoning classification of the property of Sebonac Neck Holdings, LLC, consisting of four parcels comprising of approximately 298 acres, located in Shinnecock Hills, from Residence, R-120 to a specific Mixed Use Planned Development District and to create an 18 hole golf course.
