Human Resources is responsible for the administration of personnel matters, providing information, assistance, and updates to approximately 500 active employees, 400 part time/seasonal employees, and about 200 retirees.
The goal of Human Resources is to provide all town employees with accurate information and guidance to ensure employees are aware of their rights and obligations, and to assist them with regard to their employment, benefits, advancement, and other opportunities.
