Communications division is overseen by Lieutenant Susan Ralph and Public Safety Dispatcher III Bernard Mulligan .
The division is comprised of three Public Safety Dispatcher Supervisors and nineteen Public Safety Dispatchers that handle over 45,000 emergency calls a year. They are the first of the first responders ensuring that the community of Southampton Town remain safe.
